The conference proceedings will be published by Springer LNCS and the Springer Digital Library. Therefore, original contributions equivalent of 16 pages LNCS style are expected to be electronically submitted via

The papers should present original and previously unpublished results that are not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The best papers will be published in the Special Issue of the Springer's International Journal of Multimedia Tools and Applications.
